Our Beginning
After many years as a ‘stay at home working mom’ whose dream was to combine doing paid work and mom/wife duties, I found the task very difficult and almost impossible. The struggle women face to find this balance is universal and while it remains a ‘want’ for me and many in my community, it is a ‘need’ for other women around the globe. LKA Foundation is here to encourage and support women around the world overcome this barrier by providing start up funds and creative ideas for projects that are not disruptive to the core duties.
